The Illinois State Rifle Association and the Prairie Central Sportsman's Club will be affiliating with the International Defensive Pistol Association (IDPA). In order to do that, both organizations must have IDPA Certified Range Officers. The ISRA will be presenting an IDPA Range Officer's course on Sunday, June 12, 2016 at the ISRA Range in Bonfield, Illinois. If you are interested, here is what you need to do:

  1. Join the IDPA at http://www.ipda.org/

  2. Fill out the questionnaire and promptly return it to mary@isra.org.

  3. You will then receive a link to take the on-line test.

  4. Once you have completed the above steps, you will need to bring your pistol and 50 rounds of ammo with you to the class. This is an 8-hour class. The ISRA will provide lunch.

To ensure a spot in this class, please have all requirements completed as soon as possible.

All requirements must be met by May 31, 2016, no later.
